In this role, Mukherjee will direct software production and enhancement, bolstering VENZA’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions and unprecedented data visibility to hoteliers worldwide.

As Software Development Manager, Mukherjee will lead all levels of the software development lifecycle at VENZA. This will include working with the company’s in-house full stack developers to maintain and improve key software platforms like the VENZA System and PEAK, the company’s proprietary learning management system for security awareness training. She will work to ensure seamless collaboration between software developers and VENZA’s Client Experience, Customer Success, and Security teams. Together, they will work diligently to deliver top-tier hospitality-focused regulatory programs and product offerings.

Mukherjee has over 18 years of global experience in software development and management. She holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Delhi, and currently resides in San Jose, CA.
