VENZA, a leading provider of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced the release of a top-to-bottom update to its core security awareness training—the “Basic Learning Path.” Designed to provide foundational data protection knowledge for all hotel staff, this coursework brings modern, cutting-edge instructional insights for an all-new, superior learning experience.

The Basic Learning Path includes three courses, “All About Data,” “Data Threats,” and “Protecting Data,” along with a one-course “Best Practices” recertification option for returning learners. In addition to updated content reflecting the latest security best practices, it incorporates state-of-the-art instructional tools, enhanced multimedia learning methods, and other upgrades for optimal retention and engagement.
The Basic Learning Path is the first of three predefined “paths” that structure learning around sets of courses that progressively build on central cybersecurity and data protection concepts. Upon completing the Basic Learning Path—designed for all hotel staff—learners can advance to the Intermediate Learning Path, tailored for managers, and then to the Advanced Learning Path, which provides in-depth training for IT teams and executive leadership.
VENZA encourages its clients to customize their learning paths by incorporating supplemental courses on critical topics such as GDPR, device security, and more.
To ensure global reach and maximize accessibility, the Basic Learning Path is available in 10 languages: Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, and Russian.
