In Q2, VENZA reached key milestones, with substantial expansions to its training content, updates to compliance resources, and a significant advancement in language localization for existing material.

VENZA undertook a comprehensive overhaul of our breakroom poster library. It created significant content and visual enhancements and organized the posters into key security- focused categories to improve clarity and impact.

The breakroom poster collection is a powerful tool for reinforcing data protection fundamentals for our clients. Easily downloadable and printable, they promote awareness in high-traffic employee areas.

Rocky’s Corner

This quarter, VENZA doubled the content of our Rocky’s Corner email template library. Additions include role-specific data security tips for Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Night Shift teams, as well as targeted cybersecurity awareness topics addressing the latest industry threats.

Rocky’s Corner provides hoteliers with ready-to-use email templates to remind staff about important data protection topics. These brief lessons are valuable supplements to formal security awareness training, ensuring continuous education and vigilance.‍

Legislation Briefs‍

In response to the latest data privacy legislation passed this quarter, VENZA expanded its Legislation Briefs library with several new additions. These briefs outline laws enacted in New Jersey, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Maryland, and Minnesota, highlighting the most critical elements of each.

Legislation Briefs keep hoteliers informed about the latest data privacy legislation, summarizing legal requirements and the scope of laws, and offering specific guidance on how to remain compliant.

Content Translations
To better serve our global audience, VENZA expanded its localization efforts, translating key products and resources into multiple languages.

Important courses and resources were translated into German and Spanish. These include Rocky’s Corner email templates, Security Learning Path courses that guide hoteliers through
the PCI DSS Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) process and Launch Communications to assist clients with introducing their staff to the VENZA program.
