VENZA Expands Spanish Language Services; Adds Letisha Sanchez as Customer Success Coach
VENZA, a leading provider of data protection and regulatory compliance solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced that it has hired Letisha Sanchez as Customer Success Coach.
A fluent Spanish speaker, Sanchez’s addition furthers the company’s ongoing commitment to providing full-spectrum services and support to Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
As a Customer Success Coach, Sanchez will be responsible for assisting VENZA clients on all aspects of their data protection activities. This includes coordinating the delivery of key products like the VENZA Learning™ Content Library, VENZA Phishing™, and more through regular touchpoints and calls.
Employing a distinct model for personalized coaching, VENZA guides its clients through their journey toward better visibility and better defense, thereby lessening the burdens of compliance and mitigating exposure to business disruption risks.
The addition of Sanchez is the latest in a series of moves in support of primarily Spanish speaking hoteliers. In November, VENZA announced the hiring of Mark Peterson, Vice President of Sales, Latin America, and, in 2023, the company released new Spanish language translations of many of its core security awareness training courses.
Sanchez holds a BA from the University of Puerto Rico in Social Sciences and Criminal Justice with a Law & Society concentration. Prior to joining VENZA, she held leadership roles in the fields of human resources and communication. She is located in Puerto Rico, where she has lived for over 20 years.
