Q3 saw significant enhancements and additions to key VENZA offerings, including sizable expansions to its training content, risk mitigation resources, and multilingual accessibility.

Training

To address the surge in data privacy laws and AI risks, VENZA expanded its VENZA Learning™ Content Library this quarter with two new comprehensive courses: "GDPR for Hoteliers" and "AI Applications in Data Security." These elective trainings provide hoteliers with strategies to navigate the complexities of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance and emerging AI threats.

Designed to expand on concepts outlined in its core security awareness training, elective coursework covers critical topics such as device security, social engineering scenarios, data privacy legislation, and more.

Vishing Resources

With vishing (phone phishing) now a significant threat to hoteliers, VENZA has launched new resources to help hotel teams protect themselves against the growing risk of scams. The latest additions include four new vishing prevention posters and a concise one-page guide outlining common scams and strategies to combat them.

These easily downloadable and printable resources provide a simple yet effective way to reinforce essential data protection practices and promote awareness.

VENZA Arcade

This quarter, the VENZA Arcade received several exciting updates, including the addition of four new titles and significant enhancements to existing games. New releases include “Social Engineering Memory Game,” and “World Traveler,” where players apply their data security expertise. Fan favorites like “InfoSec Jeopardy” and “Wheel of Wisdom” have also received content and visual improvements to elevate the training experience.

By "gamifying" security awareness, the VENZA Arcade enables hoteliers to cultivate and maintain a strong, year-round security culture in an engaging and fun way.  

Data Privacy Resources

As global data privacy laws evolve, VENZA introduced new resources to help hoteliers navigate their complexities. A new Privacy Law Readiness Plan outlines steps to ensure compliance and minimize penalties, while the Legislation Briefs library now includes updates on laws in Rhode Island and Jamaica.

New and existing data privacy resources keep hoteliers informed, summarizing legal requirements and offering clear guidance on how to remain compliant.

Content Translations

This quarter, VENZA expanded its multilingual localization efforts, translating key products and resources into new languages to serve its global audience.

Key training resources have been translated into German and Spanish, including newly updated information security and HR breakroom posters, as well as VENZA Shorts—brief video content focused on promoting security awareness. Proctored Training materials, providing 15-minute overviews of data protection best practices, have been translated into French, Portuguese, and Vietnamese.
