Proctored Training provides group training in a guided 15-minute session that is tailored to match the operational demands of hospitality. Designed for pre-shift meetings and large-group presentations, it serves as an efficient alternative to individual eLearning modules. Its format ensures that all hotel staff, including those who may be overlooked by traditional training methods, receive comprehensive education in data security fundamentals.

Vietnamese is now one of the many languages in which Proctored Training materials are offered. Regularly scheduled sessions available in English and Spanish, and on-demand viewing is offered in Chinese, French, German, and Portuguese.

The expansion of Proctored Training to new languages continues VENZA’s focus on localization to ensure that training content is available to meet the needs of the global hospitality industry. Many core training resources have already been translated into a range of languages, including Arabic, Dutch, Chinese, English, German, French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Thai.
