The new partnership with Aavgo means hoteliers using the Visual Matrix PMS can easily add Aavgo’s virtual front desk solution to their tech stack. It’s a freestanding kiosk that features an on-screen live agent to guide guests through every front desk procedure.
If a hotel’s front desk is busy or understaffed, guests can go directly to the kiosk for everything they need, including checking in and checking out, walk-in reservations, paying with card or cash, getting their keys (RFID and mobile), extending their stay, guest requests and questions, and more. Aavgo’s service also includes agents to answer incoming calls to a hotel, book reservations over the phone, and run night audits.
