ROAR for Good, a leading technology company for hotel worker safety, has expanded its sales team with the hiring of Aldo Fratta and Maria Marroquin.

Fratta brings decades of experience to the role of vice president of sales, hospitality. He will leverage strong ties to C-Suite level executives and specializes in loss prevention. Most recently, Fratta was the regional director of hospitality sales for Shoes for Crews, a safety footwear company focused on slip resistant shoes for workers. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. In this newly created role, Fratta will be focused on securing deals with hotel management companies and owners.

“Duress systems have always been needed in the industry, but policies are finally catching up and increasing urgency,” Fratta said. “Protecting employees and making sure they get home to their families at the end of the day is what motivates me and why I took on this new role. My mantra is ‘target zero’, meaning no incidents on site.”

Marroquin has joined the team as a sales representative focused on providing solutions for independent hotel properties. Prior to ROAR for Good, Marroquin was a regional sales manager for Uniguest, Inc., a technology platform for the hospitality industry for Caribbean and Latin America based in the U.S. Marroquin has over eleven years of experience as an international business specialist in technology innovation, sales and customer retention. She received her Master’s in Strategic Management and Human Resource Development from the Universidad Rafael Landivar and holds several key hospitality and CRM certifications.

“It is an honor to be part of ROAR for Good, a company that is passionate about solving real world problems in hospitality,” Marroquin said. “The mission of protecting the industry’s most vulnerable resonates with me and I look forward to working with this experienced and passionate team of innovators.”

“The addition of Aldo and Maria will enable us in our strategic push into new markets and verticals,” said ROAR for Good Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Peter Klebanoff. “In order to meet our growth expectations this year, we needed to build an experienced team capable of attacking multiple fronts in the industry, as it continues to rebound from the pandemic. They have already made immediate contributions and are self-starters who can take us to the next level.”
