Hunter Hotel Advisors Expands with Addition of Riana Stadlen as Vice President
Hunter Hotel Advisors (“HUNTER”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Riana Stadlen as vice president, further strengthening the firm’s presence in the hospitality investment sector. Based in HUNTER’s New York City office, Stadlen will play a key role in the investment sales process with responsibilities spanning underwriting, client relations and transaction execution.
Stadlen brings a wealth of experience in hospitality investment and asset management. Prior to joining HUNTER, she worked at Three Wall Capital, a New York-based hotel investment firm where she focused on acquisitions and asset management. During her tenure, Three Wall Capital completed over 70 extended-stay hotel acquisitions across leading brands including Extended Stay America, Candlewood Suites, Residence Inn, Home2 Suites and Homewood Suites as well as several full-service hotel transactions.
Her career began with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group where she was part of the full-service investment sales team in New York. Stadlen is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch Center for Hospitality where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Tourism Management.
