Several pre-conference activities are planned in conjunction with the 2023 CIO Summit. If you are arriving on Tuesday, September 5, the afternoon before the conference begins, Hospitality Upgrade invites you to attend a pre-event dinner, time and location to be determined.

On Wednesday morning, September 6th, attendees are invited to take part in a unique, experience. More information for this activity coming soon. Pre-registration is required for this activity.

If you are not participating in pre-conference activities, please arrive at the hotel no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 6th. The CIO Summit begins at 3:30 pm. There will be a cocktail hour for new conference attendees beginning at 6:00 p.m., with a regular cocktail hour for all attendees at 6:30 p.m. Dinner to follow at the hotel at 7:00 p.m.

The CIO Summit program will officially conclude on Thursday evening with the dinner, but we’ll have a Friday morning breakfast available for anyone interested before heading to the airport. In order to better accommodate departure schedules and give attendees more flexibility when booking flights, Hospitality Upgrade is using LYFT!

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. This card will be charged in the event of a cancellation, no-show or deposit when warranted. Group rates are subject to availability. Hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel by 4 pm local time 24 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty fee of 1 nights' room and tax.

Please notify Event Manager Millicent Athanos (millicent.athanos@hftp.org) of an attendance cancellation before August 25 so we can plan accordingly. Our meals and events are assigned seating and arrangements must be made for your absence.
