The HSMAI Americas Nominating Committee has met and is pleased to present the following nominations slate for members of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2024 administrative year.

This year we received a number of qualified nominations. We thank those who have expressed their interest in serving HSMAI in a leadership position. We encourage any member who has an interest in serving on the Americas Board in the future to get involved in one of the many ways you can serve HSMAI. For a summary of these needs, contact your chapter or email bgilbert@hsmai.org.

According to our bylaws, these nominations are to be sent to the HSMAI membership ninety days prior to the date of the vote. The House of Delegates is comprised of the presidents of each HSMAI chapter.

As provided in Article VI, Section 3, of the HSMAI bylaws, members have another opportunity to offer additional nominations. Any member in good standing may submit the name(s) of such nominee(s), provided that the member includes the credentials, qualifications, and willingness to serve of such nominee(s), as well as written seconds to such nominations(s) by at least 25 additional HSMAI members in good standing. Such additional nominations must be received at HSMAI headquarters in McLean, VA, no later than December 31, 2022.

The following individuals have been nominated to serve on the Board of Directors Executive Committee for a two-year term effective January 1, 2023:
