Hapi, Stayntouch Partner to Improve Hotel Data Access
Hapi, the hospitality industry’s leading platform for fast and cost-effective connectivity between technology systems, has announced a collaboration with Stayntouch, a global leader in guest-centric cloud hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and contactless technology.
Through the integration, hoteliers and technology solutions providers can now access and share data with Stayntouch as well as more than 100 other solutions providers by writing to a single Hapi API.
The Hapi-Stayntouch integration is the next step toward a modernized hotel technology platform that unlocks data from siloed systems and creates a single source of truth for hotel companies to access and action their data in real time.
Stayntouch’s cloud PMS solution provides a flexible platform to deliver a digital welcome experience for guests, as well as an intuitive and mobile user interface to streamline operations and allow staff to engage guests anywhere on property. Meanwhile, Hapi is exposing event streams and transactional APIs at scale, helping hotel companies innovate faster by removing integration, development and deployment challenges. The secure integration between the two companies will allow hoteliers to access critical data in a short amount of time with little to no development work on their end.
“Stayntouch is leading the way when it comes to open architecture and scalable integrations, and we’re excited to help broaden the number of hotel companies and technology solutions they can connect to,” said Luis Segredo, CEO of Hapi. “Hapi is quickly becoming the de facto API standard for connectivity and we’re proud to be helping hoteliers at both property and corporate levels access and action their data.”
“Hapi and Stayntouch are 100% aligned on their goals to create a more modern and connected hospitality technology platform,” said Reid Webster, Stayntouch’s VP of Partnerships & Strategic Growth. “Through this partnership, more hotels will have access to the critical data they need to make smarter business decisions to drive revenue and improve the guest experience.”
