Weiss brings more than 20 years of experience in leading HR business partners talent management/acquisition, HR operations, contract negotiations, process improvements, training, and diversity. Prior to joining Cloud5, Weiss served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Epsilon, a global advertising and marketing technology company positioned at the center of Publicis Groupe.. Responsible for more than 7,000 associates across both US and international markets, Weiss played a key role in leading in the HR business partner team.
Weiss also served as Vice President of Human Resources for IRI, a leading provider of big data and predictive analytics, and numerous organizations within various industries. Weiss is a graduate of Illinois State University, and holds an M.S. in education administration and foundations as well as a B.S in psychology. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two daughters.
